Hey Anne, I think it’s so cool you know who Fante is! Most people have no idea—what a pity. He was one of the ballsiest and most entertaining writers there were.

It sounds like your life and education has certainly made you a great reader of stories. I have often found eclectic degrees and life experiences more useful for the enjoyment of literature than any upshot English degree.

As for the wide range of comments I’ve received, I don’t sweat them at all. We are all entitled to our opinions. And besides, every single read and comment here helps out with the algorithm, and therefore my bottom line ;)
