Oddly enough right before reading this article I took Ashwagandha for the first time- and had an amazing night of sleep!

There is definitely something about this herb. I prefer it to melatonin, actually (I'm super sensitive to melatonin for some reason, it gets me almost high).

Thanks for this article, Neeramitra. I look forward to experimenting more with Ashwagandha and letting you know about my results. I take it mainly as a sleep aid, but the testosterone boosting effects you wrote about sounds interesting, too!
