You're barking up the wrong tree, Laura. 🤷
You're assuming I'm saying that "In order to be a great writer, you've got to blow loads of money and lead the wildest life possible!" when I'm actually saying "If you're a writer, it helps to live an interesting life, so live the best life you can."
You're also assuming I'm trying to impose my so-called privilege on you when all I'm saying is you seem to hate your "soul-destroying" job (you're the one who called it that, btw) or lack thereof, and you might want to consider changing it for your mental health. If you don't want to, or can't, that's cool, too. We've all got our own journey to walk.
You seem a little upset, so I'm not going to reply to you, but I wish you all the best in your job, and in becoming "a writer, I think."
Have a nice life.
